What happens next
- We look at your photos and measurements beside BERG's manual. It asks for level ground, 2 m clear on every side and 7 m clear overhead.
- We answer by email or phone with a size, a shape and a type, and what that model costs delivered.
- The decision is yours and there is no rush. An order over €300 is delivered free, on a pallet, by the haulier for your county.
We supply and deliver, and we do not install. If you choose an InGround or FlatGround model we can put you in touch with an independent installer, who assesses the ground on site and quotes you directly.
What to tell us
- Your county or Eircode, so we know where the pallet is going and can confirm a delivery date. For an offshore island, ring us before ordering so we can confirm how and when it will arrive.
- The size of the level ground, in metres or paces, and what stands at each edge of it.
- Exposure. Is the garden sheltered by walls and hedges, open on most sides, or near the coast? It affects what we say about type and anchoring.
- Access. Delivery is to the kerbside by pallet lorry, which is bigger than a parcel van. Mention a narrow lane, a low bridge or a long unpaved drive.
- What is overhead: branches, wires or a clothes line.
- For a sunken model, whether water lies on the lawn. BERG asks for adequate drainage, and the installer judges that on site.
