Privacy policy

In brief
- we-love-trampolines.com is a product catalogue with buying guides. Nobody signs up, logs in or pays here.
- The one form on the site, for the garden consultation, prepares an email on your own device. It reaches us only when you send that email.
- We set no advertising cookies.
- We know nothing about you until you choose to email or phone.
Who is responsible for your data
We Love Trampolines (we-love-trampolines.com) is run by Trampolines Ireland, a business established in Ireland. For any personal data that reaches us through this site, Trampolines Ireland is the data controller.
Privacy questions can be sent to trampolines@esi-ltd.ie, or you can ring 01 960 1641.
Our office address, for post: 77 Lower Camden Street, St Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80.
What we never receive from this site
Browsing the catalogue, the finder and the guides asks nothing of you. The site has no registration, no basket and no payment page, so it stores no password, no home address and no card number.
The garden consultation form
What you type on the garden consultation page is held in your browser only. Pressing the button hands your answers to your email program, which opens a draft addressed to us. The draft is yours to edit, add photos to, or discard. We see it when you send it, as a normal email, and not before.
When you email or ring us
From an email we get your address and the contents of the message, which often include a name, a phone number, a county or Eircode, and photos and details of a garden. From a phone call we get whatever you say, and your number where a call back is needed.
Those details are used to answer you: to suggest a trampoline, give a price, fix a time for a collection or sort out a query on an order. We rely on two legal bases in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): our legitimate interest in replying to people who get in touch, and the steps you ask us to take before buying.
Your details are not sold, and nobody receives them for marketing of their own. Where you ask about installation, we pass an independent installer's contact details to you, and it is your decision whether to use them. An enquiry is kept for as long as it, or an order that comes out of it, is live. Ask at any time and we will delete it.
Buying and paying
All orders are made on TrampolinesIreland.com, our shop. Each model here links to the same model there. The shop collects the order, the delivery address and the payment, and its own privacy policy governs that, so read it before you buy. Our links to the shop include a short referral tag saying that the visit started on we-love-trampolines.com and which part of the page was clicked. The tag contains nothing that could identify you.
Hosting and server logs
A hosting company serves these pages. In the ordinary course it may log each request: the IP address it came from, when, for which page and from what kind of browser. Such logs exist to keep a website running and secure.
Fonts, product photos and outside links
- The fonts are supplied by Google Fonts. To fetch them your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google sees your IP address when it does.
- Product photos are loaded from the image servers our shop uses, by the same kind of request.
- Some links leave this site: to our shop, to our Google reviews and to our other sites. The privacy policy of the site you land on applies from then on.
Cookies and analytics
There are no advertising cookies on this site. Should we introduce analytics, we will describe it on this page first.
Your rights and how to complain
The GDPR and Ireland's Data Protection Act 2018 give you the right to a copy of the personal data we hold on you, to have it corrected or erased, to have its use restricted, to object to its use and to receive it in a portable form. Email trampolines@esi-ltd.ie to use any of these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we have treated your data, please raise it with us first so that we can fix it. You may also complain to Ireland's supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
When what this site does with data changes, we will revise this page and the date under the heading.
